Tena Fraser White|
Tena first introduced Mr. Barters in June of 1990. Armed with a determined attitude and an incredible work ethic she has developed the publication over the years, to what it is today. Her favorite memories over the past 20 yrs in business were the good old printing days, when everything was done by hand. Printed, collated, folded and stapled. Her Mom was always there to lend a hand, searching for blank pages, whipping up a lunch, or making us laugh. The sometimes grueling process took three or more days (without sleep), but we always managed to get it done. Often straight to delivery, still covered "head to toe in ink " :o)
Tena's philosophy in business is simple... "Treat others as you would want to be treated".
An avid volunteer Tena enjoys helping out wherever she can, especially when it involves her son. She enjoys taking part in Thorburn Minor Hockey, as well as numerous other fundraisers throughout the year.
Tena's hobbies include...camping, UFC, scrap booking, 4 wheeling and hanging out around a fire with family & friends.
Tanya joined the Mr. Barters team in 2005. A former business owner herself, Tanya looks after the day to day operations for the publication including billing, classifieds and ad creation.
When not working Tanya can be found taking part as a member of a women's bowling league.
